Bejan Xurshidovich Jamolov is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Green Economy and Sustainable Business at Tashkent State University of Economics. He teaches Microeconomics and has experience in university teaching, educational administration, banking services and business economics.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Termez State University (2019–2023) and a master’s degree in Economics at Tashkent State University of Economics (2023–2025).
Since 2026, he has been an independent doctoral researcher in Industrial Economics (specialty 08.00.03). His research topic is “Improving Mechanisms for Enhancing the Competitiveness of Industrial Enterprises”. His research examines financial instruments, innovation, strategic management, digital transformation and resource efficiency as drivers of enterprise competitiveness.
His previous roles include Chief Methodologist in the Economics and Finance Department of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, trainee in the Corporate Services Department at Hamkorbank’s Termez branch, and economist at Termiz Prime House LLC.
He uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive and Zoom, and has studied HTML/CSS and frontend development fundamentals. He completed the Frontend Development Track of One Million Uzbek Coders and holds a certificate for “Entrepreneurship: From Business Idea to Action” offered by King’s College London.
